Description:
This is your chance of building the perfect city. With the budget and land you are given, build houses, schools, universities, hospitals, offices... Then watch your city in 3D mode and adapt it to your citizen's needs. Can you become a perfect mayor?
Instructions:
Play with your mouse. Click on the right hand panel to buy each of the elements. Then click on them and drag them to where you want to place them in the map. Click again to let go of them. When you finish building, click on "Press for 3D mode" and watch your city come to live. Follow the advice that the experts give you. Each time that your city improves, you'll be given money and land awards.
